Clinical Supervision for Kentucky CSWs
Supportive, practical supervision as you grow into the clinician you want to become.
Clinical supervision is about more than completing the hours required for licensure. It’s a space to strengthen your clinical judgment, build confidence, work through challenging cases, and develop your own identity as a therapist.
My approach to supervision is collaborative and supportive while still providing the guidance, feedback, and accountability you need as you work toward independent clinical practice.

Clinical Experience I Bring to Supervision
My clinical experience includes working with adults across a range of mental health concerns, with specialized experience in eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, body image, and relationship concerns. I draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
What Supervision With Me Is Like
I want supervision to be a space where you can ask questions, think out loud, and talk honestly about the parts of clinical work that feel difficult or uncertain. You don't need to come to supervision already knowing the “right” answer.
Supportive, Not Intimidating
Supportive, Not Intimidating
Supervision should be a place where you can be honest about what you don't know, mistakes you've made, and cases that leave you feeling unsure.
Room to Develop Your Own Style
I'm not looking for you to become a copy of me. We'll identify your strengths and help you develop a clinical style that feels natural and authentic to you.
Practical & Clinically Focused
We'll move beyond theory and talk about what actually happens in the therapy room—what to say, how to respond, how to conceptualize cases, and what to do when you feel stuck.
