Do you accept insurance?

I am currently in network with United Health Care (UHC), Cigna, and Aetna. Self-pay is also an option.


What ages do you work with?

Currently accepting clients 18 years or older.


What is your cancellation policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full fee.


How does Telehealth work?

I utilized a HIPAA-Encrypted platform called SimplePractice, which embeds the links to our telehealth session in reminder e-mails to you.  Telehealth is clinically proven to be as effective as in-person therapy.


How long do you recommend clients stay in therapy? How often should I come?

The duration and frequency of sessions depend on your needs and goals. Together, we can determine how long and how frequent would be most beneficial for you. Most people find weekly sessions to be most effective. However, these may transition to every other week or even monthly as symptoms subside.
